rooted impact
Rooted Impact Volume II is now open
You are now ready to join:
A PHILOSOPHY SCHOOL
(for the mind hungry for rigor, clarity and context)
A MYSTERY CIRCLE
(for the body craving intuition, ritual, and enchantment)
A LIVING LABORATORY
(for the soul longing to reorient how it lives, loves, creates and leads)
Rooted Impact is a 14 week philosophical
re-education, where we un-learn extractive paradigms, reclaim sense-making, reawaken awareness and expand our wisdom.
This is so much more than intellectual theory though.
It’s a living practice that changes how you show up in your work, your relationships, your leadership, and your daily life.
You've played the script you've been given, and you're even good at it.
You've achieved things, built things, maybe you're respected, maybe even successful by conventional measures.
But achievement never feels like arrival, success tastes like ash. There's an exhaustion in living this way that has nothing to do with how hard you're working and everything to do with what you're working within.
Because something about the world is fundamentally misaligned.
Politically and economically, of course, but deeper: perceptually, relationally, cosmologically.
And you sense this.
You sense the masks of domination: endless growth masking scarcity, individualism masquerading as freedom, productivity mistaken for achievement, and systems claiming neutrality while serving power.
But when you try to explain all of this, how it works, why it feels so total, what else could even exist… the words falter.
You know something is wrong. But you aren’t sure about the concepts to fully understand why, or have the tools to imagine what could exist instead.
So your critique becomes instinctual but slippery.
You think "this doesn't feel right," but struggle to articulate the structures beneath that feeling.
At the same time, you feel drawn toward intuition, the body, nature, ritual, beauty.
You notice how your nervous system responds to land, silence, rhythm, care. You sense intelligence there: but you've been trained to treat it as personal, or merely therapeutic.
So you live in a tension.
You carry sharp perception without adequate concepts, deep sensitivity without cultural shelter, a longing for joy and enchantment paired with the fear of bypassing, naïveté, or “not doing enough.”
You feel the weight of the world, and you feel life calling you back to itself. And you don't want to betray either.
What’s missing is orientation.
You were never taught how to think clearly about power without becoming cynical, or how to trust embodied knowing without collapsing into self-help.
How to understand intuition as ecological intelligence, not a personality trait.
How to imagine ways of living that don't simply replicate the systems you critique.
So you’re left oscillating between awareness and paralysis. Between critique and exhaustion. Between beauty and guilt.
And you're done sensing from the margins.
You now refuse shallow critique and shallow spirituality. You want to develop the conceptual depth, embodied awareness, and ecological literacy required not just to see through the veil but to begin rebuilding, from the roots, another way of being.
You’re hungry for real knowledge and the courage to live accordingly.
Knowledge has always
been power. That's why they burned the witches and the libraries. Because people who can read the signs, trust their own wisdom, and think for themselves cannot be controlled.
We’re seeing this more and more, even now. The humanities are being stripped from schools worldwide, labeled "divisive" or "useless".
AI is being pushed to replace human discernment. Speed is replacing depth. Metrics are replacing meaning.
Because a population that cannot think for itself will accept any reality it is sold.
And it's working. People are losing access
to the Earth and they're losing access to their own minds.
We're drowning in information but starving for wisdom and real connection.
We can analyze everything but change nothing.
We've traded depth for hot takes, nuance for viral outrage, rigorous thinking for performance.
We sense what's wrong but we've lost the capacity to imagine what's right.
And so, we keep building "regenerative" futures with extractive mindsets. We keep performing activism while replicating harm. We keep treating our exhaustion as personal failure instead of recognising it as the intended outcome of systems that need us confused, compliant and consuming.
THIS IS WHERE ROOTED IMPACT STEPS IN
What you need now is not another framework for success, but new foundations for discernment. Because domination has not only extracted your labor and land, it has colonized your imagination. To reclaim the future, you must first reclaim your capacity to think, to feel, to relate.
Rooted Impact teaches you HOW to think, not WHAT to think. You'll unlearn the paradigms keeping you trapped in extractive logic, rebuild your relationship with both rigorous thinking and embodied intuition, and develop discernment as a living practice.
It is not personal development dressed as activism or tools to make you more efficient.
It is a fundamental reorientation of consciousness. And everything else (your work, your relationships, your creative practice, your leadership) transforms as a result.
Who is this work for?
Rooted Impact is for the thinkers, seekers, creators, mystics, and changemakers who sense that something sacred has been lost in the way we build, work, lead, and dream… and who are ready to re-root their impact in truth, care, and coherence.
If you read philosophy under blankets, talk to trees, see patterns others overlook, feel too deeply for this frenetic world, or crave a life of depth instead of performative “impact”; you are already walking toward this work.
We take seriously both Foucault and the Fool card, both systems theory and synchronicity, both ecological science and mystical sensation.
If you’ve ever felt torn between your love of fantasy novels and your commitment to social change, this is the integration you've been seeking.
Rooted Impact invites you into deeper thinking, coherent feeling, precise speaking, and grounded creating.
You’ll navigate culture and crisis with more discernment, and your sense of purpose will feel rooted, not frantic.
This is the path for those who
refuse to become numb.
This is the work for those who know they are meant to create change that is not performative but rooted.
If that’s you, you’re standing at the threshold.
(What Volume I participants experienced)
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN
Here's what becomes possible
→ You'll spot manipulation in real-time - whether it's in marketing, media, politics, or personal relationships - because you can see the pattern beneath the message
→ You'll stop changing your worldview every time you encounter a new idea - because you'll have a coherent philosophical foundation that can integrate new information without collapsing
→ You'll know the difference between your intuition saying 'not yet' and your fear saying 'stay small' - and you'll trust that distinction enough to act on it
→ You'll be able to tell within one conversation whether a project, partnership, or opportunity is regenerative or extractive - even when it's wrapped in the language of impact
→ You'll stop performing activism/sustainability/social justice and start embodying it - which means your work becomes coherent instead of contradictory
→ You'll set boundaries that actually hold - not because you've perfected your communication, but because your boundaries are rooted in philosophical clarity about what you're protecting and why
→ You'll make unpopular decisions without collapsing into self-doubt - because you can articulate exactly why this choice aligns with your values, even when others disagree
→ You'll embody the archetype of the philosopher-witch: clear-eyed and wonder-full; your ideas, hunches, questions, are all welcome.
→ You become the kind of leader others want to follow because your coherence is palpable
This isn't about becoming someone new! It's about remembering who you are beneath the conditioning.
And this is so much more than personal transformation, it’s the quiet, necessary revolution of consciousness that will make other revolutions possible.
MEET YOUR GUIDE
Hola,
I’m Ximena
I'm a Mexican Eco Philosopher, writer, and lifelong student of the living world.
After more than a decade moving between academia and regenerative consultancy, I see philosophy not as theory, but as practice: translating ancient questions into living responses. In my work, I create spaces where philosophy, ecology, and mysticism converge: where the abstract becomes tangible and the intellectual turns visceral.
I guide thinkers, seekers, and changemakers who are ready to unlearn the paradigms they’ve inherited and reimagine their place in a living, conscious world.

This isn't academic philosophy, it's living philosophy. We're not trying to make you sound smart. We're helping you think clearly. Your questions are more valuable than credentials. You need curiosity, sincerity, and a willingness to question. Philosophy here isn't academic abstraction, it's a weapon for liberation and a tool for world-building.
-
Yes, because it transforms the ground everything grows from. When your consciousness shifts, everything you create shifts.
But if you're looking for a business framework, this isn't it. This changes you, and your work changes as a result.
-
1.5 hours minimum and 2.5 hours max weekly including live sessions and personal integration.
This isn't designed as another obligation, think of it more like tending a garden than completing a checklist.
Some weeks you'll be deeply engaged; other weeks the work percolates quietly. The rhythm becomes its own practice.
-
So while I don’t plaster the word “ecology” on every paragraph, the entire curriculum is grounded in earth-rooted, land-informed, relational philosophy.
Western education teaches us that ecology is “out there” (trees, oceans, animals). But the truth is: ecology is every relationship you’re in, including the ones inside your own psyche.
Rooted Impact doesn’t teach “environmentalism”, it teaches you to become a functioning node of a living Earth again.
-
Everything is recorded and available within hours. You’ll also have one year access to the live classes as well as the resources.
BUT, and this is important, the live transmission carries an energy that recordings can't capture. If you're thinking about joining but know you'll miss most calls, wait for the next offering. This work is designed for presence.
-
Perfect! “Beginners” often go deepest because they haven't learned what's "supposed" to happen yet. All you need is curiosity and willingness.
And if you think you've mastered any of the themes, this work will show you layers you didn't know existed.
Mastery isn't about accumulating knowledge! it's about deepening into what you already know.
-
Everything. Personal transformation without collective consciousness is self-indulgence. Collective action without personal integration is unsustainable.
This work helps you become the kind of person who can create lasting change without burning out or reproducing the harm you're trying to heal.
